- To Provide and Manage Our Services: To create and manage your account, facilitate bookings and payments (including through the Escrow System), and enable communication between customers and Service Providers.
- For Personalization and AI Services: To power and improve features like the "Olivia" AI assistant, allowing it to generate personalized event plans and recommendations based on your input.
- To Improve Our Platform: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the user experience and functionality of our platform.
- For Marketing and Communication: To send you service updates, newsletters, and promotional materials. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
- For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect your account, prevent fraudulent activity, and ensure the security and integrity of the Spaccy platform.
